During sale periods, we offer discount coupon codes for the same value as compensation for returned items.

Exchanges are only allowed for size changes and must be of the same or higher value, applicable only during sales.

We provide a smooth and simple 7-day return and exchange window, starting from the date the product is delivered, for items purchased at full price.

Policy for Sale or Discounted Purchases

Only product exchanges are accepted for sale or discounted items. The exchange must be for a product of equal or higher value.

General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact to qualify for a refund, exchange, or discount coupon.

Products that are returned in a damaged or worn condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

If your order arrives without tags, please notify our customer care team immediately.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original method of payment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a link, sent via SMS or email.

Reporting Issues
